Returns Policy

RubyFit hopes that you love your product!

However, if you no longer want your item or change your mind, we have an easy 30 day returns policy for your peace of mind. Simply return the item back to us (at your cost) within 30 days (from date of purchase).

Please note, we will only authorise a full refund if the product has been returned to us in its original condition and original packaging. Any worn or damaged items will not be entitled to a refund.

You must also be able to provide proof of purchase, for example your invoice number and date of purchase.

If any of the above conditions have failed to be met, we may not be able to provide to you a refund.

Please note that we will refund the full cost of the returned item, minus any promotional vouchers/gifts cards which were used in the order. 

We do not allow returns for any of our accessories (such as yoga mats) due to hygiene reasons. 

Exchanges for different sizes or new products occur at your own cost. 

 

How to start a Return in 2 steps:

Then, send the item to us at:

Please note:

We are not responsible for any delays in delivery, and you (the customer) are responsible for the return shipping and handling charges. To allow for any items lost in transit, we recommend that you send all of your returns via registered post.

Once we have received your returned parcel and have approved the refund, please allow up to 7 days for your account to be credited.
